Sana Khan, who will be seen inSalman Khan’s upcoming flick Mental, is now breathing a sigh of relief after she successfully got her anticipatory bail in a kidnapping case.

The 25-year-old beauty has been charged with attempted kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl who refused the marriage proposal of Sana’s cousin Naved. It was reported that the actress along with her cousin, Naved and two friends tried to kidnap the girl in their BMW car.
Sana’s cousin brother Naved and his friends were arrested by the cops while the actress disconnected her phone and went incommunicado. She then filed an anticipatory bail application through her lawyer and the application has been approved by the court.

On the other end, Sana Khan insists that she was being framed for the crime and she told a tabloid that she had met the girl at a Mumbai joint and she invited Sana over to her place because her mother wanted to meet her and then Sana was accused of attempted kidnapping.
The family is firm on their statement that Naved has been forcing the girl into marriage and also tried abducting her. Naved and the minor girl were pretty good friends.
